This Privacy Policy applies to the suite of mobile applications operated by Melek dridi (herein referred to as'We', 'Us', or 'Our').

This policy covers the following mobile applications available on the Google Play Store:

  • Atef Delivery (Customer App)
  • Atef Delivery Driver (Driver/Logistics App)
  • Atef Delivery Store (Merchant/Store Management App)

By downloading, accessing, or using any of these applications, you agree tothe collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information Collection and Use

A. Atef Delivery (Customer App)

To process orders and arrange deliveries, we collect:

  • Name, contact phone number, and email address
  • Delivery address and GPS location data
  • Order history and payment/transaction details

B. Atef Delivery Driver (Driver App)

To assign delivery tasks, navigate routes, and track order progress inreal-time, we collect:

  • Driver identity details and contact information
  • Background verification / vehicle details (where applicable)
  • Precise background and foreground location data(required for real-time delivery tracking while on duty)

C. Atef Delivery Store (Store App)

To manage store orders, stock inventory, and fulfill customer requests,we collect:

  • Store manager/owner name, email, and phone number
  • Business name, store location, and catalog/order management data

3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share collected data withthird-party service providers (such as hosting, analytics, pushnotifications, and map services) solely to provide and improve appfunctionality across our ecosystem.

4. Log Data

In case of an error in any of our apps, we collect technical Log Datathrough third-party diagnostics tools. This includes device IP addresses,operating system versions, device models, and timestamped crash reports.

5. User Account & Data Deletion

You have full control over your personal data across all three applications.You may request account and data deletion through the following methods:

  • In-App Deletion: Navigate to Preferences → Account Settings inside your app(Atef Delivery, Atef Delivery Driver, or Atef Delivery Store)and select 'Delete Account'.
  • Email Request: Send an email directly to[email protected] with your registered phone number/email and specify which account(Customer, Driver, or Store) you wish to permanently delete.

6. Security

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.However, no method of transmission over the internet or method ofelectronic storage is 100% secure.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be postedon this page with an updated effective date.
